§ Sir E. STRACHEYOn 15th April all restrictions were withdrawn. Copies of the notice issued to the Press indicating that Orders had been made withdrawing all restrictions were sent on 13th April to the representatives of all foreign countries and of His Majesty's Dominions across the seas.
