Captain FABERI desire to ask the First Lord of the Admiralty a question of which I have given him private notice, namely, whether it is the fact that the two British naval officers who took part in The Hague Conference concerning the 1044 Declaration of London were in no sense free, as they were acting all through under the instructions of the Foreign Office? Is it the fact also that the naval members of the Board of Admiralty were never. consulted?
§ Mr. McKENNAThe answer to both parts of the question is in the negative.
§ Mr. McKENNAI answered both parts of the question in the negative.
§ Mr. McKENNAIf the hon. Member will be so good as to put a question on the Paper, I shall be glad to answer it.
