§ The PRESIDENT of the BOARD of TRADE (Mr. Buxton)A special report by His Majesty's Trade Commissioner for Canada has recently been published. A volume containing reports by His Majesty's Trade Commissioners for Canada, Australia, South Africa, and New Zealand is in the press and will be published shortly. These reports cover the period from the appointment of the Commissioners in 1908 to the end of 1910.
