§ The SECRETARY of STATE for the HOME DEPARTMENT (Mr. Churchill)I have been able, I am glad to say, to make arrangements for this woman's being, with her own consent, removed to an inebriate reformatory, a more suitable place for her than prison; and I have advised His Majesty to grant a conditional pardon for this purpose.
