§ The SECRETARY of STATE for the COLONIES (Mr. Harcourt)I addressed a despatch to the Governor-General of Australia on 15th March, desiring him to request his Ministers to send me a Report on this subject. When the Report is received I shall be happy to lay it on the Table.
§ Major ARCHER-SHEEMay I ask if the right hon. Gentleman is of opinion that representative Government has been destroyed by this resort to the Referendum?
