§ Mr. MONTAGUThe maintenance of an adequate supply of good drinking water in Indian factories is already secured by rules made under the Factories Act by the local governments. The Labour Commission found that little, if any, exception could be taken to the arrangements for supplying water; and that in many factories special attention had been given to the question.
