§ Mr. DEPUTY-SPEAKER (Mr. Emmott)The ground covered by the next Clause is to some extent the same as that covered by the Government Clause, which has been adopted. The Clause is, however, in order, because there are substantial differences. But I think it would be to the general convenience of the House that the discussion should be short and businesslike, rather than prolonged.
