Gentleman if he would state when the application for a grant from the development fund by the Findochty Harbour Commissioners, which was lodged with the Treasury in November of last year and has since passed through the Board of Trade and the Scottish Office, is likely to be considered; and when the Harbour Commissioners may expect to receive a final reply?
