§ Mr. C. P. ALLENThe Charity Commissioners have not authorised trustees of charities to insist upon leaseholders paying the Reversion Duty upon the renewal of a lease. Such insistence would not be in accordance with the practice of the Department. If the hon. Member is referring to a particular case, and will mention it to me, I will inquire into it.
