asked the President of the Local Government Board whether he would direct an inspection to be made during the coming season of the conditions prevailing at Harden and at other places in Kent where numbers of hop-pickers assemble, with a view to securing adequate sanitary arrangements and the prevention of the spread of infectious disease?
