§ Mr. BURNSThe Local Government Board have not supplied lymph to the Corporation of Stalybridge, but, except as to this, I understand the facts are generally as stated in the question. No action on my part seems to be called for.
§ Mr. SANDYSasked whether, in the opinion of the medical officers concerned, any of the circumstances or statistics relating to the recent outbreak of smallpox have thrown doubt upon the utility of vaccination as a preventive of that disease; and, if so, what is the nature of these circumstances or statistics?
