HC Deb 15 March 1911 vol 22 c2237
Mr. STANIER

asked the Home Secretary if the descriptions contained in notices of deaths of persons dying in county asylums as paupers is required by statute; and, if not, whether he will cause representations to be made with a view to the deletion of this description from such notices?

Mr. CHURCHILL

The change desired can be effected by an alteration in the form of notice prescribed by the rules of the Commissioners in Lunacy, and the Commissioners are already taking the necessary steps. Notice of the draft amended rule was published in the "London Gazette" on 21st February.
