§ Mr. CHURCHILLThe change desired can be effected by an alteration in the form of notice prescribed by the rules of the Commissioners in Lunacy, and the Commissioners are already taking the necessary steps. Notice of the draft amended rule was published in the "London Gazette" on 21st February.
