The Parliamentary Elections Act, 1868.

In the matter of the Parliamentary Election for the North Western (Chippenham) Division of the County of Wilts, holden on the 7th day of December, 1910.

To the Right Honourable the Speaker of the House of Commons.

In the matter of a Petition relating to the said Election presented to the High Court on the 31st day of December, 1910, wherein Bryn Hozier Freeman was the Petitioner and George Terrell was the Respondent.

The case raised by the above-mentioned Petition having been stated as a special Case:—

It is hereby certified by the King's Bench Division of His Majesty's High Court of Justice that they did, on Friday, the 10th day of March, 1911, determine as follows:—

That George Terrell, the Respondent in the above-mentioned Petition, was duly elected and returned at the above-mentioned Election.
