HC Deb 13 March 1911 vol 22 cc1866-7
Sir GEORGE POLLARD

asked if the right hon. Gentleman is in a position to state when he intends introducing his Bill amending the Coal Mines Regulation Act, which is to deal with the regulations as to safety, etc., in mines?

Mr. CHURCHILL

Every effort is being made to complete the preparation of the Bill as rapidly as possible. There has been a great deal of material to deal with, and I am also consulting with the different interests concerned. I hope the Bill may be ready for introduction early in April.
