§ Read a second time, and committed to a Standing Committee.
§ Mr. GULLANDmoved, "That this House do now adjourn."
§ Mr. DAVID MASONWith reference to the remarks made on the other side of the House and also on this side, may I ask whether the Government will not give extended time on the Report stage for the further discussion of the Vote?
§ The PRIME MINISTERIt is not the fault of the Government that more time was not given to the Vote to-night. First of all, there was a Debate on the writ for 1346 North Louth, and then there was a Debate on the Great Northern Railway Bill. I will consider what can be done in regard to the hon. Member's question.
§ Adjourned accordingly at Sixteen minutes after Eleven o'clock.
