HC Deb 07 March 1911 vol 22 c1005
Mr. BIGLAND

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether, in view of the fact that negotiations were proceeding with Japan, and that in the opinion of His Majesty's advisers such negotiations were likely to be brought to a satisfactory result, he has any information to lay before the House?

Sir E. GREY

I can add nothing at the present stage of the negotiations to the information which I have already given on the subject.
