§ Sir E. STRACHEYThe reports of the Board's Inspectors are made for the information of the Board and it would not be in the public interest that they should be made available in the manner suggested. Mr. I. M. Roberts, who is the only assistant inspector of that name in the Animals Division and to whom I think the hon. Member must refer, is not and never has been in charge of a district.
