HC Deb 02 March 1911 vol 22 c558
Mr. MULDOON

asked the Postmaster-General whether complaint has reached him of the inconvenience caused by the non-delivery of letters on Sunday at the Glencree reformatory school, county Wicklow; and whether he intends to take any steps in the matter?

Mr. HERBERT SAMUEL

Complaint has reached me of the inconvenience caused by the non-delivery of letters on Sunday at the Glencree reformatory school, but in view of the loss already incurred on the service in the locality I regret that I do not feel justified in sanctioning the extra delivery.
