§ Mr. HERBERT SAMUELComplaint has reached me of the inconvenience caused by the non-delivery of letters on Sunday at the Glencree reformatory school, but in view of the loss already incurred on the service in the locality I regret that I do not feel justified in sanctioning the extra delivery.
