§ Resolution reported, "That for carrying out the provisions of any Act of the present Session to amend the Law relating to Labourers in Ireland it is expedient—
- (a) To authorise the advance out of the Consolidated Fund of any sum necessary to meet any deficiency in the fund of suitors in the Supreme Court in Ireland; and
- (b) To increase the limit on the amount which may be advanced by the Irish Land Commission for the provision of cottages and allotments under The Labourers (Ireland) Act, 1906, and in consequence, to increase the limit on the sums which may be defrayed out of moneys provided by Parliament for the purpose of payments in respect of those advances."
