§ Sir GEORGE DOUGHTYpresented a petition from the fishermen of Grimsby praying that the Workmen's Compensation Amendment (Share Fishermen) Bill may be passed into law this Session, and pointing out that the fishermen are suffering a very serious injustice by their exclusion from the benefits of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1906.
