§ The UNDER-SECRETARY of STATE for WAR (Colonel Seely)The minimum wage at Enfield and Waltham has been raised from 23s. to 23s 6d. a week with effect from the 3rd April last. There were previously only twelve men on the 23s. rate at Enfield and thirty-four at Waltham.
