§ The FINANCIAL SECRETARY to the TREASURY (Mr. Hobhouse)I beg to move to leave out the figures "£18,013,921," and to insert instead thereof "£17,607,521." This is the difference of £406,400 which was accounted for by the Navy Estimates Report, which we are not taking to-night.
