§ Mr. GINNELLasked the Postmaster-General, in view of the defective information given in the Postal Guide and in the instructions to post offices regarding foreign mails and parcels service, resulting in varied interpretations by different officials, involving loss and annoyance to the public, whether he will have the information revised and so simplified as to be susceptible of one interpretation only, and a map of the world attached with the mail and parcel routes plainly shown to each principal city in order to obviate the present confusion?
§ Mr. GULLANDI should be obliged if the hon. Member will give me particulars of the defective information to which he refers, in order that any improvements which are necessary and practicable may be made. Any map showing the mail and parcel routes to the cities of the world which could be attached to the Post Office Guide could not be on a scale large enough to be of service.
