§ Mr. DUNCAN MILLARasked on what date the draft Report of the Fishery Board for Scotland for the year 1910 was transmitted from Edinburgh to London for presentation to Parliament, and how long it has been in. the hands of the Scottish Office?
§ The LORD ADVOCATE (Mr. Ure)I am not aware what my hon. Friend means by the draft Report of the Fishery Board. I may state, however, that the precise date at which a report is received at the Scottish Office is not decisive as to the date of publication, which my hon. Friend no doubt has in view in asking his question, the practice being to present reports "in dummy" immediately before 1354 actual issue. Every effort has been made to secure early publication of the Fishery Board report.
§ Mr. MILLARMay I ask when the report is likely to be issued?
