§ Mr. WATTasked the Home Secretary what action he proposes to take to ensure a fair proportion of Scotsmen being appointed as mines inspectors in Scotland?

A regulation which would restrict these appointments to natives of the country in which they are to act would not operate favourably to Scotsmen.
§ Mr. WATTWill the examinations and interviews with these men take place in Scotland instead of in London?
