§ Mr. HUNTI wish to ask the Prime Minister a question of which I have given him private notice, namely, whether he will suspend the Eleven o'clock rule on the day on which the Division on the 1826 House of Lords Amendments to the Parliament Bill takes place, in order that Members on the back benches may have an opportunity of expressing their views?

§ Mr. HUNTMay I ask the right hon. Gentleman whether, seeing that the Eleven o'clock Rule is suspended on every little twopenny-halfpenny question, he will do the same on a great question of this sort?
