§ Mr. SAMUEL ROBERTSI regret that I have been unable to have this Bill printed, as negotiations have been proceeding between the parties interested in and affected by it. I propose, therefore, to withdraw the Bill, and hope that this course will ease the present congested state of business, and enable hon. Members to get away for their holidays at a somewhat earlier date than they otherwise would.
