§ Resolved, "That it is expedient to authorise the payment out of the Consolidated Fund of any sum which may become payable to His Majesty by way of consideration in respect of Crown Lands in pursuance of any Act of the present Session to appropriate certain lands and to make provision with respect to certain Crown lands forming part of or adjacent to St. James's Park."—[Mr. Gulland.]
