§ The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the BOARD of AGRICULTURE (Sir Edward Strachey)The Board published in their "Journal" of December, 1910, a short article as to the practice of farmers with regard to the disposal of their calves, and they recently circulated to the Press some correspondence on the subject. The Board propose to publish further information respecting it in their "Journal," and the subject will also be considered in connection with schemes for the improvement of live stock which will shortly be formulated.
