§ Mr. BOYTONasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will consider the desirability of bringing the navigation of an aeroplane over the Henley Regatta course during the progress of the regatta within the purview of Section 1 of the Aerial Navigation Act; and whether he will take action under Section 2 to prevent in future any aircraft from navigating the Henley course after it has been cleared for racing by the Thames Conservancy?
