§ The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the BOARD of AGRICULTURE (Sir Edward Strachey)The Report was sent to the printers on the 7th March last. The Board are not aware of applications received since that date, inasmuch as Returns are only called for from county councils annually.
