§ Mr. GULLANDThe Estates Commissioners received an application from Patrick Davis for reinstatement in a holding formerly occupied by him on the estate of Major Irvine. Davis does not come within the class of persons mentioned in Section 1 (2) (a) of the Evicted Tenants Act of 1907, and his ease cannot therefore be dealt with under that Act.
