§ The SECRETARY of STATE for the COLONIES (Mr. Harcourt)I had a general discussion with Sir Percy Girouard on the whole matter, but it is not possible to reduce that discussion to the form of a written statement. I shall be prepared to deal with the whole matter when my hon. Friend raises it in Committee of Supply, as I understands he intends to do.
