§ Mr. ILLINGWORTHProceedings for the sale of this estate to the Estates Commissioners were instituted under the Irish Land Act, 1903, by the owner in October, 1908. Owing to its position in the list it is not likely to be dealt with this year, but when reached in its turn it will be dealt with as rapidly as possible.
