§ Mr. O'SHAUGHNESSYasked the Chief Secretary if he can say what is the cause of delay in completing the sale of the untenanted lands at Mount Henry, Coolcappa, in the county of Limerick, between Miss Delmege, the vendor, and the Estates Commissioners; and whether, in view of the necessity for betterment of the condition of a number of small holders and labourers in the district, they will without further delay complete the sale without waiting for a sale of the tenanted portion of the estate?
