HC Deb 05 July 1911 vol 27 c1126
Mr. COURTHOPE

asked the Prime Minister whether, in view of the increasing work and importance of the Board of Agriculture and Fisheries, he would consider the advisability of placing the Board upon a level with other Government Departments of the first importance in respect of salaries?

The PRIME MINISTER (Mr. Asquith)

As at present advised I see no sufficient reason for the change proposed.
