§ Mr. BUTCHERasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he will take steps to have the conventions referred to in the Preamble to the Second Peace Conference (Conventions) Bill printed and issued in a convenient form for the use of Members of this House; and whether he will arrange that this shall be done so as to give adequate time to Members for the consideration of these conventions before the Second Reading of that Bill?
