HC Deb 03 July 1911 vol 27 cc804-5
Mr. SUTHERLAND

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether, in view of the dislocation to secondary education in, Scotland, caused by the very large reduction in the Probate and General Aid Grants and of the urgency of the question to the different bodies concerned, he will deal with the matter without delay?

Mr. LLOYD GEORGE

A Committee has been appointed to consider the relations of local and Imperial Finance, and I cannot undertake to deal with portions of that question separately, pending the completion of the Committee's inquiries.
