HC Deb 03 July 1911 vol 27 c778
Captain FABER

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he will state in what language the provisions of the Declaration of London were drawn up; whether there has been an English translation of the Blue Book containing the proceedings of the Conference; and, if so, by whom it was made and where it can be obtained?

The UNDER-SECRETARY for FOREIGN AFFAIRS (Mr. McKinnon Wood)

The Declaration of London as signed is in the French language. As regards the question of translations, I must refer the hon. and gallant Member to the answer which I gave on 3rd April last to the hon. Member for North-West Manchester.
