HC Deb 27 February 1911 vol 22 c31
Mr. FREDERICK GUEST

asked the Prime Minister whether, in view of the desirability of a full discussion on the working of the Small Holdings and Allotments Act he would see that an early opportunity be given for that purpose?

The PRIME MINISTER

I am afraid there will be no possibility of an opportunity for such a discussion until the vote for the Board of Agriculture is reached, which will not be for some time.
