§ Sir E. STRACHEYThe Report in question will cover the period from 1st April, 1910, to 31st March next. It will be issued as soon as possible after the expiration of the current financial year.
§ Mr. STANIERIs the hon. Gentleman aware that the information we get is generally about eighteen months old? Will the hon. Gentleman explain why Part II. of the Annual Report of the Intelligence Division of the Board of Agriculture was not issued till February, 1911, as it only gave information up to April, 1910; and if in future the issue could be given earlier?
§ Sir E. STRACHEYThe period covered by this Report is from 1st April, 1909, to 31st March, 1910. The Report was signed on 28th October, 1910, but, owing to the Dissolution of Parliament its publication was delayed.
