§ Mr. CHURCHILLI have received a report by Dr. Rocyn Jones, the County Medical Officer for Monmouthshire, and Mr. Martin, lately Inspector of Mines for the Southern district, of the results of the investigations made by them at my request into the sanitary condition of certain Monmouthshire mines; and it is now under my consideration.
