§ The PRIME MINISTEROn Monday we shall take the Second Reading of the Parliament Bill, and the discussion will be continued on that and the succeeding evenings till Thursday night, when the Division will be taken. Perhaps the right hon. Gentleman will be good enough to ask me on Monday about the business of Friday.
