§ Mr. CHARLES DUNCANasked the First Lord of the Admiralty whether, in view of the printed statement explanatory of the Naval Estimates, dated 16th March, 1910, in which it was stated that it was hoped that the Report of the Committee in regard to the organisation and conditions of service of the writing staffs at His Majesty's naval establishments would shortly be published, a definite date can now be furnished by which the decisions of their Lordships will be made known?
