§ Private Legislation Procedure (Scotland) Act, 1899,—The Chairman of Ways and Means reported, That, after conferring with Lord Balfour of Burleigh, acting as Chairman of Committees of the House of Lords, for the purpose of determining in which House of Parliament the respective Bills under The Private Legislation Procedure (Scotland) Act, 1899, should be first considered, they had determined that the following Bills should originate in the House of Lords, namely:—
- Dundee Harbour and Tay Ferriers.
- Dundee Harbour (Constitution).
- Lanarkshire Tramways (in respect of Clauses 3, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11.
