HC Deb 15 February 1911 vol 21 c1060
Mr. FARRELL

asked whether any, and, if so, what progress has been made in the inspection and vesting of the Galbraith estate, in the county of Longford; whether he was aware that discontent prevails at the price paid for this estate, which is mostly of poor bad land; and will the inspector's report on the value be considered before the matter is finally settled?

Mr. BIRRELL

The Estates Commissioners inform me that the estate referred to has been inspected. The report of the inspector will be fully considered before the advances applied for are sanctioned and the holdings vested in the tenants.
