The Information at the suit of the Attorney-General was duly filed last December, and Interrogatories for the examination of the Defendants have since then been administered on behalf of the Crown. Having regard to the fact that the alleged title of the Defendants to the foreshore in question goes back over several centuries, a reply to the Interrogatories cannot be expected for some time.
