HC Deb 15 February 1911 vol 21 c1065
The PRIME MINISTER

I think it would be for the convenience of the House that I should announce a modification in the order of business for next week. Owing to a sad occurrence, it will not be possible for the Leader of the Opposition—to whom I venture to convey the heartfelt sympathy of the whole House—to be in his place on Monday. I therefore propose to take on Monday the Resolutions in Committee on the Finance Bill, and postpone until Tuesday the introduction of the Parliament Bill.
