asked whether the sum of £10,000, given to horse breeding in Ireland, is an annual grant, or whether it is part of a larger sum to be devoted to this purpose?

The grant of £10,000 under the Development and Road Improvement Funds Act, 1909, in aid of horse breeding in Ireland is for one year from the date on which the advance is made.
