§ The UNDER-SECRETARY of STATE for FOREIGN AFFAIRS (Mr. Acland)A treaty of commerce and navigation between Germany and Portugal was concluded on the 30th of November, 1908, and ratified on the 21st of May, 1910. It is to remain in force for eight years. A full account of it was given in the Board of Trade Journal for June 17th, June 24th, and July 1st, 1909. The text will appear in Volume 101 of the State Papers, to be issued in March next.
